Food Waste Management - Sustainable Practices for Businesses

As much food is wasted as is consumed in restaurants. That is a fact. In developing a restaurant concept, waste management is key to running a sustainable and more profitable business. Waste management creates a cleaner and safer environment and cuts costs, increasing revenue.

Join two food and beverage industry experts—Miriam Kiehn of Malmö Food Council and Corinne Trang of Level Malmö—who will discuss sustainability and waste management, sharing their perspectives and experiences in implementing sustainable practices for various food concepts.

Malmö Food Council is the first independent, non-profit organization to represent a united voice for sustainable and local Food in Malmö. Founded by and for the food community since 2021.
