Johan has worked as an economist and business developer since 2009 at Companion Skåne, which together with Tillväxt Malmö is the initiator of LEVEL. During these years, he has met many future entrepreneurs, helping start several companies and social impact associations.

Senior Business Developer
She is an entrepreneur and consultant with 20 years of experience in marketing and sales strategies. She has worked on product positioning for IKEA in Switzerland and England. As such, she prides herself in noticing trends, figuring out how to connect processes and opportunities with people, helping businesses grow and increase revenue. An avid promoter of "inclusion," she was instrumental in developing Malmö’s highly successful project, “Highway to Business,” from 2018 to 2021. LEVEL is partly her brainchild.

Mohamad Barhamji
Business Developer
An entrepreneur and educator at heart, he strives to spread economic awareness among Arabic speakers to facilitate their integration into Swedish society. His career in banking in Syria evolved into a position in the financial services sector in Sweden, working as a licensed customer advisor at Swedbank over the last few years. Balqis Lamis Khattab
Project Manager
Balqis Lamis Khattab was born and raised in Malmö.
Balqis is an entrepreneur and has experience in both the private and municipal sectors. Balqis is the founder of Möllans Basement www.mollansbasement.se, which is both a meeting place and a network aimed at youth and young adults in Malmö.
Balqis is project manager for the mentoring program and young entrepreneurship at Level.
